Module 1 Leading Change: Creating School Culture - Continuous Improvement

Module 1 Leading Change

Immediate results in the school improvement process are enhanced with the creation of an effective Leadership Team, the transition to and/or nurturing of collegial relationships among staff members, and the development of leadership capacity in able and willing teachers.

As powerful as those strategies are, additional strategies and tools are available that will help foster continuous improvement in a school, school culture, and in professional relationships. Three critical steps in leading change for immediate results are:

  1. Design and Implement Effective Mentor Training
  2. Develop Leadership Skills
  3. Evaluate the Mentoring and the Learning Team Processes
