Two resources will assist in evaluating the school’s
entire staff development program. The first is the National
Staff Development Council Standards for Professional Learning.
The second is the State of Florida Professional Development
System Evaluation Protocol, which was developed in conjunction
with the National Staff Development Council. Both resources
focus on three key variables of staff development design and
evaluation: content, context, and process.
