3. Post and Publish Results Monthly

Posters can be provided for each Learning Team and a display wall designated for teams to update the school community on the progress of their study and their learning. An ample supply of Post-it® notes should be available so that other team members may suggest strategies, articles, or resources related to that team’s goal. Teams may post monthly updates on the progress of their data collection, ongoing goal assessment, and “breakthroughs," while receiving written Post-it® note suggestions from peers attached to their displays. This is a time and cost effective way to generate an on-going dialogue, reinforce the concept of a community of learners, and apply gentle peer pressure for all teams to participate fully and share the progress of their findings.
