Module 3 Communicating Change


Amidst the whirl of change and multiple actions that accompany the desire by Learning Teams to resolve issues and improve performance, prioritization and decisions must be made that will be consistent with Strategic Goals, resource capabilities and, be reasonably assured of positive outcomes. It is through the combined efforts of educators that solutions may be found. Synergy, found only in a team dynamic, can help identify and resolve stubborn problems confronting schools and students’ achievements.
