4. Publish Your School Learning Teams' "Best Practices"

Working from Learning Team progress posters and responses to questions answered in teachers' journals, consider compiling and publishing a book of "Best Practices: Teaching Strategies that Work" for your school. The publication should feature each Learning Team and describe their Action Goal study and findings.

It is important to periodically celebrate accomplishments, both on Strategic and Action Goals as well as on progress made toward the vision. Business partners, parents, and the community at large may be invited to share in the celebration. Communicating and sharing with the ultimate beneficiaries of a school's progress can reinforce moral within the faculty and garner support and involvement from the community.
